They didn't have the type of key I needed for my apartment door, but were able to mail one. It arrived in about a week. I have used this service before and that type of key was available on site in the past. The prices seem high, but I have not compared with the neighborhood hardware stores. I will the next time I need a key. Paying a couple extra bucks at one of these machines might be worth the time you save in not waiting for someone to cut you a key though.

Confirmed time. Price. Never showed up and eventually stopped answered my calls 4 hours later I got an email saying they actually didn’t match me and now no one was available (being that it was now past 10pm)

Unbelievably convenient and inexpensive. I lost the other key to my 2007 Honda vehicle and I wasn't getting anywhere with finding an inexpensive solution. That's when I was out one night and saw the KeyMe kiosk in a drug store and decided to give it a shot. I slipped my car key into the slot, it took a digital impression and a few days later, I was sent the kit to finalize the copy and it took me about 5 minutes and voila....new key. All done and it works perfectly. I would recommend this service to anyone.
