Currently having an emergency and called- they tell me that they have no locksmith in the area. Asked if they can call anyone in the local area and they tell me no and hung up -completely baffled. What is WRONG WITH PEOPLE!? I hope you guys go out of business!

I called the business and wanted to ask questions about having a motorcycle key cut, the style of key is similar to a car key from the early 90s, two side center cut, however when I was connected to someone at the mention of having a motorcycle key cut they said they don't cut motorcycles and abruptly and rudely hung up.
