  **UPDATE 3/30/22 Recieved a message here to call them and talk to a Customer Service Rep. That person was so rude, did not help at all, had me upload these same pictures and do all this stuff for them, then I've never heard back. I still have never received the replacement either. I gave them 2 stars before, but now it's One Star! Shame on your company, I would strongly suggest finding someone else to help you, if you're not satisfied you will be SOL.** Showed up 10 mins after the window they set. Lady was kind of rude and had bad dandruff. Had to get car key remade, they did not do the emergency key for me said it was $40 extra, but they didn't have the equipment to do it. it's like I paid for a replacement?? Where is the replacement. Then the icing on the cake. They left the key for me because I had to leave, but when I got it, the emergency key was cracked and would not connect to my keychain. I called them to replace it and they said they would but never did. Was very disappointed and would not use or recommend them again.

  I original went to have my key made by a local grocery store and was told by a worker from that grocery store that "they mess up keys all the time". He told me to use your KeyMe station in their lobby. When I got to your Kiosk it was extremely easy to use. Right after I left I used the key and it worked the the very first time. Thank you.
