  It was not an emergency. We scheduled an appointment and they came to replace a lock bolt ($40 from Home Depot) and the guy charged $300 for 8 minutes of work. Never again!

  It was easy and relatively inexpensive -- my one key cost about $6.50. The lady ahead of me said she had trouble understanding the kiosk instructions, but I no problems at all. The kiosk did not have the right kind of blank for me, so KeyMe had to make it in their shop and mail it to me. It arrived about four days later and worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend KeyMe services.

  First, it was very easy to use. Second, the customer service was great. I was out of town around the time of the delivery. I was excited to try a new key to check it out since this was a kind of specific key to copy so I was curious how well they will make. Then it wasn't delivered. I live in a condominium and mail mishap happens often enough. When I call the Keyme team, No Problem! He said he will priority mail a new one immediately I received it and it works beautifully. I will recommend to everyone..
