This is the 2nd time I’ve used the key me kiosk. The first time they shipped my keys and I had them in a few days, and this time the kiosk cut them for me. Both times my keys worked perfectly. This was after 3 attempts to get these keys at a local retailer. This is where I will get all of my keys from now on.

First off, the KeyMe Machine inside Menards was slow, but it is making keys, understandable, just allot time for that. Second, the selection in machine was limited, but they offer mail, so be prepared for a delay. Third that mail offer is quick. Fourth, you may receive the wrong design of keys in the wrong pattern, which is unfortunate. Fifth and finally, customer service is quick and kind. I got the wrong keys but they refunded my money with no questions asked. All in all a great company and I will use them again. If you need a key quick just be prepared for a simple no design key. UPDATE: They didn't mention it in emails with customer service after they agreed to refund my money, but they also sent me the correct designed keys. A great company to do business with!!
