  PLEASE DONT CALL THIS PLACE!!! They get one star because I can't give zero. Biggest overall problem is that they charged my card without providing any services. I call back to get it figured out and the customer service is horrible like it was since I first called. I ended up having to break my window because they had me waiting saying they were sending out technicians and never did. Apparently they are not 24-7 since I called for 3 hours got charged and was constantly told no one was available at 9pm is when I gave up and broke my window.

  Simple..insert key..wait..mine they had to ship to me. Keys came quick, looked good and most importantly..they worked 👍!!!

  The lady answering the phone was unfriendly and disinterested. She told me a technician would contact me and then later she called me to tell me there’s no one in the area that can help and I should call someone else. And as I said “it’s ok I got it open already” she hung up on the word “open”. Lol. Thanks lady
