  After taking money upfront, took 30 minutes to tell me their guys aren't picking up the phone and need to give money back. Having a third party complicates this type of service. I would recommend going direct, it's also cheaper.

  it was very easy too use the machine, now hopefully the key will work, havent tried it yet. but it was cool how the key gets made
