Gave me the run around for 2 hours!! I didn't have my wallet because it was in the vehicle that I was locked out of. They kept giving me "deal offers" but couldn't come out until I gave them my card info... HOW?! I called a local locksmith and he was there in 10 minutes. KeyMe sucks major ball sacks
