I was locked out of my home and called for assistance. From the customer service rep Matt who took my information to the repair man Brian who showed up, I was extremely happy. Super helpful in a stressful situation. Very timely and highly professional. Worth the price. I would hope I wont need these types of services again but if I do I’m definitely calling them. A1! 5 star!

I locked myself out, called KeyMe 5 times over the course of an hour. They kept saying the technician would call, eventually one did right when I was about to give up... He said the service charge would be 95 and I agreed. When he looked at the door over 2 hours after my first call it became 265. I was desperate enough to agree again, he tried a few methods then drilled the cylinder. Total time 15 minutes, left me with a busted cylinder and raised the price again to 295.

I locked my keys in my bedroom and the technician was able to open my door. He was professional as was the person I spoke too. They gave me a scheduled time and the technician was calling me when he was coming and arrived.

I got a standard key copied at this location and it worked surprisingly quick and easy. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars was the price. $8 for a regular key is more than double what you will spend at a hardware store, but I needed it done asap and didn't have a problem. Non-standard keys have to be mailed to you though, and I didn't use that system.

I've never had to use a lock smith and I highly recommend this company. The tech was extremely patient, prompt, fast, and provided excellent service.

Brian had some trouble with my lock, apparently they made the door lockproof or something. He had to resort to destroying the lock, but not after several attempts at picking it. After everything was said and done, he didn’t leave me hanging and also replaced the lock.
