Could not have been easier, great modern looking process. I was surprised how simple it was: put my key in, choose to make 3 new keys, swipe my cc and wait for my keys to drop out of the machine. Probably took about 10 minutes for 3 new keys. The progress tracker was an ok alternative to being able to see the key being made, though it would have been cool to see that process.

Bought three keys for my house, 2 don’t work at all, and 1 works but keeps getting stuck in the door. $15 for 3 keys is a bit much too. The keys I bought at Home Depot for the same door work fine.

Works as described, quick and painless. Key did have some sharpish edges, but easy to remove. Overall much easier than the alternatives for getting duplicate keys!
