  I called this lock smith company that was recommended to me. I was locked out of my house and car and I spoke with a very nice technician who was over an hour out and on his way to help. I was able to get in my home with a spare key from a relative so I called the company and the technician to let them know. Technician was still an hour out. I didn’t care about the charge because I needed to get in my house I didn’t even ask the tech for an estimate because it didn’t matter. The lady said there was a $29 initial fee when I had made the original call. No one said anything about the fee when I called to cancel. This lady went out of her way to call me back and tell me I still needed to pay the fee. That was very horrible service, so disappointing that when someone is already clearly in a panic about being locked out on a hot day, WHILE ON MY LUNCH BREAK that I’m being asked to pay that fee when the tech was still about 50 mins out at this time stuck in traffic.

  Key came fairly quickly. Can’t really write a review as I haven’t had an opportunity to try it out yet. The key worked fine when I finally got around to using it. Thanks.
