  Called for a quote the guy was annoyed my child was crying in the background she’s 2 and throwing a tantrum what 2 year old doesn’t but he hung up on me and wouldn’t help me further with trying to get a new key for my vehicle due to my child crying! So beyond unprofessional and rude! I will never use their service or recommend them to anyone!

  I called around to get a quote for a key to be made for my vehicle. I don’t need a company to come to me. I have a title for my second car I can go anywhere to get a key made. The First Lady asked me name, number, location and told me a technician would call me back. The technician called me. Stated they don’t have service in Liverpool and hung up on me as I was trying to say “well google says you guys serve the area *hung up on me at this time* I can go anywhere with my title to get a key made.” Typically it’s more expensive for a company to come to you. I don’t need that I just need another key made for my beater car. The company says they are in Syracuse, thats the neighboring city of Liverpool! I’m just so confused and appalled by the way I was treated, my money is green like the rest!!

  BEWARE Not a real locksmith company. They use subcontractors and have terrible customer service and high prices. I scheduled a service and one hand couldn't seem to talk to the other. Very aggravating so I cancelled and called a real company.
