  I needed two keys made from one original that was already a little temperamental and finicky. I got to the kiosk and picked two styles, and leaned I got one free, which I figured we could use as a emergency spare. Unfortunately only 2 of the 3 work consistently, and the third takes some time, jiggling, and finagling, but occasionally works, so I’m hoping if I take it back to put in the key scraper a little more to soften the edges a bit, it’ll work better.

  I was a bit confused pulling up in front of Menards until I realized the Key machine was a kiosk inside. I probably looked like a wild rabbit inside trying to find the machine since I was directed to paints by the associate and the kiosk was actually located over in the door hardware section. The machine was simple and easy to use. I got three keys made in about 10 minutes. The machine even offered an email receipt so we can save some trees.
