  I didn't like that they wanted me to give my credit card info over the phone before they would dispatch a technician to come to my house to help me get into my car. And the price they quoted me was twice as much as another local lock smith ended up charging me.

  Everything went well except one of the keys is a little hard to use. Not nearly as smooth as I’d like for it costing so much. The other two keys copied work perfectly though and are smooth
