  Accidentally locked both sets of keys in my car. These guys were listed as the closest, so I called them. The response time was quick, the technician arrived within 30 mins, however over the phone, I was quoted a MUCH different price than what I was charged. They did not tell me the price until I had to ask for it, and I was told by the technician that it was $30 to drive out, and then the prices start at $29, based on how difficult the unlock is. The unlock took all of 5 minutes, and that was WITH the help of my partner looking over his shoulder and directing him on which way the lock needed to be pulled. I was charged $129, over Venmo, more than double the amount I had been quoted for what appeared to be a very easy lockout. Very frustrated that the price was nowhere near the amount that I was told, especially since neither the receptionist I spoke to first or the technician was very willing to offer a price until I probed for it. That literally goes against what your website says: “We’re not like other Locksmiths” “No hidden fees, we provide the full price prior to booking”….nope, I wasn’t provided the price until AFTER the job was done, or else I would not have booked it. Definitely wouldn’t use this business again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to it.

  I needed a spare car key so I figured I'd give this a try. It was $60 for a working car key with a programmed RF transmitter (most cars built in the early 2000s have them), and I am very pleased with the result. It did take about a week to get here, but when it's $145 for the same key at a dealership, I'm not complaining. Update: It's been well over a year now and the key is still working great! It scared me once because the key blade disconnected from the transmitter after I sat on my lanyard when the key was still in the ignition, but I realized that was just a feature of the key to keep it from bending the blade. The blade snapped back into place and hasn't come off again since.
