  Wow! I rarely write reviews, but I had the best experience when Alex came to help me install 2 deadbolts, an August lock, and a new doorknob. Alex is so knowledgeable about locks, and gave me a rundown on the different levels of locks. He also gave me a suggestion on how to increase security on our metal gate. He is super friendly and helpful.

  Was able to secure my duplicate keys 🔑 quickly! I had some issues with 1, but KeyMe refunded me right away! Great customer service 👏

  The kiosk was easy to use and only took a couple minutes from start to finish and the key works just fine. Very convenient that it was in my local grocery store. Saved me a trip...
