  When I brought the key home. I had difficulty getting the key to work. I got the key in the lock and had difficulty getting the key out. Will not use.

  Had 3 keys made at the kiosk, all within the machine. All 3 worked great! I think the price is worth it for the convenience. The "save your key" feature is genius, however, I did not use that service. The keys feel slightly lightweight, so I'd be careful on tight locks. Overall I'm satisfied & would absolutely use the kiosk again in the future.
