  Sent a 3rd party out for “Emergency Pricing” $290 for a lockout on one of our trucks. They wouldn’t quote the price over the phone and when they came out an hour later that’s the price they hit us with. After calling around we could’ve got the same service for half the price. If our driver wasn’t stuck in a bad spot we would’ve rejected their service and waited for the next available company.

  1 star for customer service representatives. I called because my door was jammed, and the first person I spoke to took my information and informed me a technician would call me shortly to discuss my problem and let me know they were on the way. Thankfully, a passerby with more strength than myself was able to open my door before a technician had ever called me. I called back the company to inform them I was able to get in my house and their services were no longer needed. The representative (different than the first) told me that the technician was already on the way and so I’d still have to pay the fee for service and gas charges. My problem isn’t them still charging me even though I cancelled, my problem is that they never called me to talk about my issue and let me know they were on the way, and THEN charging me. I tried to say this to the representative but I didn’t even get two words out before she hung up on me. Really a shame.

  My mother and I recently had some renovations done to our home and our front door was one of them. Of course, she got the only new key to the house first and all other copies would have to be paid for out of pocket. I was pleasantly surprised during a grocery trip that Safeway had a key machine installed next to the Coinstar kiosk. The process was easy, it was lower cost than I expected (unless you wanted your new key to have a Ravens theme, then it was pretty cheap) and I've been using my new key ever since.
