  My son was locked out of his car. I contacted KeyMe through a Google search. Spoke with Rafael who answered all questions and was very courteous and efficient. When I hesitated to give my information for payment over the phone he emailed me a link to do it on my own. The gentleman that was dispatched was very timely and had him in his car in a matter of minutes. My son was also able to track him via text link. If needed, I will use this company going forward.

  Called because someone was locked out of their car. They took about 30 minutes to tell me that they did not have a tech close enough to my location but they did call within 5 minutes of my initial call to see how they were going to get paid.
