  Unexpectedly easy. Keys cut precisely and work smoothly. Could have been buffed a bit to make edges less sharp. Keys don’t feel very solid but time will tell. Overall, GREAT to have the convenience at a cost 50% less than a locksmith for a perfectly ground key.

  Useless Edit: I needed a key copied the same day. I went here and put in my key into their kiosk... mind you, this is a normal, metal house key with no special security features, and it said it could not copy the key, and I'd have to sign up for the to send me a key in 3-4 business days or something. Maybe this works when you need a key copied in a week, but it was frustrating this machine didn't have normal keys. I went somewhere else and got a copied in an instant.
