  You have to be kidding me! Called number listed and got someone at a call answering/fielding service. Explained all and then was told I would have to be transferred to someone else. The someone else could not understand what I was needing with regard to needing a locksmith. INSISTED that I give my phone number and address. Then asked if I needed a key made. I had not even mentioned that at any time and what I had said, had nothing to do with needing a key made. I needed a lock removed from personal property that I own. The person still did not comprehend! Finally I was told that I would be receiving a call back from yet another person. I have not received a call and even before I let the person I was speaking with go, I was not able to get any pricing information at all! This is a bait and switch operation. Plain and simple! Oh and I forgot to mention that they show they are located in a city that is less than 10 mi from me. Yet when I spoke to the first person they asked me for my zip code and then stated that they did not service my area. BAIT AND SWITCH! SO, I have now called the corporate number and I was told, "sorry for your bad experience. The website shows where the Kiosks are located only". I asked why then that the webpage/site did not show anywhere that all other services besides Kiosk services were in fact "contracted" out services with independent lock and key services. Answer, Sorry we dont show that! Again people, pay attention to this BAIT AND SWITCH operation and company. Geeeesh! Can't use stronger words or my review won't post!

  Easy to use, came quickly, Key worked. Only complaint would be that the key wasn’t cleaned well. Still had burrs on it and it gets stuck in the ignition.

  I go in to make a copy of my car key and the machine ate my key! So currently I have no key and my car is abandoned in the parking lot. To make things worse, I called in to see what they could do to fix it and they said it would take 24-48 hours for them to retrieve my key. They then told me they would compensate and get me a new key for the cost of a duplicate key but then called me back saying it would be 350$ to get that key! The technician on the phone was very rude and did not understand the situation. I spoke with a smith's manager and they spoke with the keyme employee and they continued to be rude to the smith's manager as well! Awful service and a scam. I'm still waiting for them get my key
