  They do business with shady people. Had one come to my house took 2 hours to tell me I need it to go to the dealer to finish programming it. Drained the battery of the car. Did not program the locks of the car or the transponder. Changed price 3 times and is refusing a return of the key after VW told me it was a fake key and did not work with their systems. Charged me 220 for a key that did not open the car or start the car... Yeah. Called Keyme to follow up and was told they referred me to EBH locksmith. What ? Why would you claim to be so trustworthy and not even check the companies you use for referrals. Dealer charged me less for a genuine key and programed it. Keyme is gamble and they do not respond for their own referrals. In the end of you have a European car do not call these guys they will go to your house to try something from YouTube (he was actually using YouTube) and you are going to be scammed.

  I called for a non emergency replacement auto key and asked for a quote as the auto is drivable. They wanted my address and color of auto. I gave the them the appropriate location and told the the color is not appropriate. They said I had to pay $30 for the “service call” and a “range” of $100-300 for the fob. They were rude and unprofessional on the phone. I will never use or recommend them to anyone.

  We were told $75 and when the job was finished we were charged $150. Chose somebody else.
