Be sure to follow prompts...a bit confusing, but they were quick to reimburse me when I didn't get the correct # of each key and received duplicates of the wrong keys.

I needed a couple of keys made, I went to couple of Kiosks and it wouldn't work, went to Menards to get them made there, the kiosk to my key, and was able to make it for me.

It was very simple, all the keys worked well and I was surprised that the machine had all the key blanks necessary to cut my keys.
It was a great value and I will use it again.

Worst ever..Spent 15 minutes on the phone with them till they told me I had to pay with my card before..My wallet was in the vehicle I was locked out of and then they said they couldn't help...Also would have been $150🤣🤣..A joke of a company all around

Your machine worked perfectly - and the keys do too!  I can't say that for the last keys I had cut the old fashioned way.
