Terrible.. absolutely terrible. Called this company because my girl left her keys locked in the car with no spare. This company is 5 minutes from the place we locked our keys in. Asked for a quote, they charged 144 just to unlock the car . The lady charged the card 9 times equal to about 1300 dollars because she said she didn’t see the payment, to try again. This is all after being on hold for 30 minutes. She was super slow! After finally getting a driver, the driver took 45 minutes to get there. I called a different company and the lady charges 180 for a spare key on the spot and the unlock is free. This place is over priced, not knowledgeable and no consideration for time . Luckily I had the 1300 dollars in my account otherwise I’d be negative .

Got a two-sided key copied successfully and was very happy as places like ACE hardware could not. No shipping cost which is always nice to have on a low cost item. Tried to have another two-sided key copied but received an email 30 minutes later saying it could not be copied. My credit card was not charged so quite happy with KeyMe service. Maybe if I try my key again it will work???

Requested 4 door keys for basic front door lock. They weren’t even close to the original key. Did not work, but they did refund my money.
