  When I called and asked what the charge would be to unlock my door, the lady I spoke with said the run is $29.95 and If they had to do anything further (I.e. change lock, etc), the tech would tell me the charges. They charged $135!!! He was only at my house for 5 minutes. Rip off!!! Wish I made $135 for 5 minutes of work!
