  I called at 2:45 for a lock out service, and I was told it would be 20 minutes. I called wondering what was going on and they told me they had the wrong address. They told me they would send someone else out. Then the locksmith called asking where I was, he was given the wrong address again. The locksmith didn't show up until 4:15.

  Called because I was locked out of my car with a low battery, and saw that they had a location A MILE away from me. I called, asked how long it would take and he said a driver would call me shortly (within 5 minutes) to confirm everything for me before he came out to unlock my car. Still waiting on a call for a simple quote thirty minutes later

  It took me about 2 hours of fight with my truck trying every piece of object to unlock but only took their guy less than a minute to actually get it open. He was a very nice young man and extremely good at his job so kudos to him 😍🤙🏾 thanks key me
