  I need to write a full review of how terrible the service is. I called at 5:30, had to wait until 7 for a tech who couldn’t do the job. The tech that did come to fix it was then late, took a full hour and did not fix the door. He did try to be nice and gave me a “discount” off a $500 drill service. But still. When it came time for payment he couldn’t take credit card- only Venmo which is weird for any company. After not being able to get the door open, I went to buy a chain to at least have some security for the thing they couldn’t fix. I literally just need in this space, company is not picking up my calls or trying to fix it.
