  They keys worked perfectly (I opted for the $1.99 'smoothing' upgrade). The way to get decent prices for four keys is a) buy 2, get one free; then after you choose that, accept the 'get key #4 for 1/2 price' option.

  called to inquire about service to program a key fob for my vehicle. Explained that I was running errands in Frisco and would stop by; if they are able to perform the service. Representative explained that they were a mobile service and would need an exact location. I explained that I could provide an exact location... the representative hung up in my face. I had every intention of using the service. However, I will look elsewhere. If the situation was not conducive for either party, we could have agreed on that in a professional manner.
