  Pretty sure we got scammed or "over charged". We were locked out of our house and called keyme who then transferred us to a "trusted partner". The person arrived and got our door open within 10 minutes or so without having to drill (thankfully). He used an inflatable wedge. Then we got charged $400 (yes, $400!) and received a generic copy of the reciept without the name of the company, address, or phone number. The receipt was not itemized either. This was the first time I had to use a locksmith. It was an expensive lesson learned and I should have called around and asked for quotes first. However, It's extremely disappointing that some locksmiths are shady and profit off of the vulnerabilty of customers. It is predatory and I cannot believe I paid $400 for what seemed like a quick and easy job for the locksmith. I will not be using this company again. If you ever get locked out of your house or car, search for a reputable locksmith and STAY AWAY from keyme.

  I called because I was locked out of my car. Fast response, however, was never told how much it was going to be until after my credit card was run and I had to ask. Ended up being $199. I have called the company five different times and was told that I would receive a call from a supervisor, which never happened. I had never been charged this much in my life and then never receiving a call back is just frustrating! Do not recommend!
