  The tech didn’t know anything, they charged me for fixing the lock, which wasn’t broken. I actually gave him the idea of what to do. He was here for 30 minutes and didn’t even know how to trouble shoot. Charged me on the invoice for “fix lock” $180. When it had nothing to do with the lock. But a warped door and the mechanism. Spent 40 minutes waiting for them to arrive and 20 minutes for the fix. $300 bill later. I’m a small business owner too. But I would like to say that I’m honest and flirt right with my patients. This company, NO.
