Soo convenient! I happened to be looking for a place to make a copy of my house key. What a surprise to find your machine a the Bed Bath & Beyond store in Norwalk CT. In less than 5 minutes I had my key copied. And it worked!

This is NOT a 24 hour service, they answer the phone, but they don’t send the local guy. They advertised on google maps as being 2 miles from me. It’s been 2 hours and no one has come. If they had been honest and told me how long it would take I would have some respect for them. When I called again, 90 minutes later, they said they would call the technician. That doesn’t make me have confidence in their service.

The kiosk was difficult to use. Hard to get key in and it took a long time to get credit card information to you. However, once done keys made quickly and they were perfect
