The technicians threatened to damage my car because I wouldn’t allow them to rip me off! So I locked my keys in my car, unfortunately this is not the first time that I have done this, I know that the service to open a locked door and retrieve keys will cost between $120 – $150. I called this company for this service and I was told that a technician would contact me and show up at my location between 15 and 25 minutes. I waited for the technician for over an hour to show up and when they arrive two men come to assist me and quote me at $289. I went back-and-forth with them about the price and how I knew they were trying to rip me off, so I refuse the service. one of the men aggressively approach me and told me that I needed to pay $69 for their travels. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to call a male friend of mine to come and help assist the situation to were the technician got so upset because I refused to pay him anything he pulled out a drill of some kind and threatened to damage my car. Here his a picture of the car that the technicians were driving. And to this company I highly suggest that you hire more professional people or there will be a few law suits on your hands

I needed spare keys for a listing and thought I would have to wait for them to be shipped three days later. Too my surprise, they had the keys in stock so I was able to add them to my lockbox after checking that they worked. I'm a happy camper!

Two identical keys came out wrong and didn’t even match to each other. I called customer service and I got an immediate refund. I’m goin to try again to get this key copied anyway.
