  I will just explain the service and you decide if this is a locksmith you would want to use. I purchased a Kwikset lock and had KeyMe Locksmiths install the lock for $189. The locksmith left. The lock was jamming and would not lock all the way. I called the locksmith back. He said I have to call Kwikset. I called Kwikset and basically I had to uninstall the lock and follow their instructions…but the locksmith had tightened the screws so tight I could not remove them. I called the locksmith and he said it’s a programming issue. Kwikset said the screws were too tight and the lock hole on the door wasn’t deep enough. Once again I called the KeyMe locksmith. He finally came back and I put him on speaker phone with Kwikset. Kwikset tells him how to fix it, but he argues that Kwikset is wrong…after he told me to call their customer service to fix it. After 20 mins of struggling with it, he FINALLY did what Kwikset was telling him to do and it’s fixed. Sort of…not 100% (see photo). This is not the service I would expect for $189!!!

  KeyMe kiosk at Menards (Mooresville, Indiana) was able to fulfill my order via mail. It would be nice if it stocked a larger array of blanks to have the product in-hand immediately, but a perfect key arrived via mail within a couple of days

  If I could give no stars I would. I called about being locked out and they tell me that they are not in my area but the have a listing at the Menards which is 6 minutes away from my house. False advertising.
