The first key I made didn’t work and actually broke in the lock, I called and they were very professional and gave me a refund. I was able to take the remaining key that was stuck out of the lock with a twizzer and went back to the kiosk and made another copy of the original key and that one worked I really like the convenience of how quickly the keys are made and you can chose your color or style so you can tell the keys apart quickly. Thank you

Used the kiosk. Had to wait a week to get key copy to my front door - super simple key sent to my home + I had to order 5 copies when I only need 1 for $20. This was really annoying. Getting a key copied is usually an urgent thing.

I made 3 key copies. My second copy of the first key that made at the store on my own didn’t work but first one was good. I got refund for not working copy and third one that got mailed to me was perfect. Overall experience was good.
