  I called 2 days ago to get a key ordered and programmed. My keys were stolen so I have not had a car. They guy told me 1000 percent he could do it because I explained to him that I have had 4 locksmiths no show on me already I told him the issue one lock smith had that actually came out and he said he shouldn't have an issue. He said because I called him at late it wouldn't be here till Thursday. I told him the make model and caryear and he asked me details about it. He then called me again the next day to order my key and sent me a picture. I confirmed. Fast forward to today. Nobody contacted me all day. I called the office numerous times and they told me several times someone would call me. Then when I got off work I called yet again. And they tell me he couldn't get it to work no details as to why nobody called and let me know. Nothing. I found the key package in my car and it's not even the correct key!! Even after sending me a picture. I haven't had a car in a week now. Meanwhile I work a full time job and have a child and they couldn't even have the decency or even the effort to have the technician call me all damn day. I spoke with manager said someone would be calling me back wich I highly doubt. Seriously bad service. I NEVER write reviews and I never have to speak to a manager. But this place. Beyond rediculous

  The keys look great. They were a much better quality than expected. The Navy key really looks great!

  Very professional even during the pandemic they were able to to get me in and out in a timely manner. The only drawback was that they could not provide me with the help I needed to process my claim
