A lifesaver! Seriously just uploaded my keys then a week later locked them in my apartment. If I haven’t done that I would’ve been completely locked out. ONLY issues is I wish they had multiple forms of payment, such as cash and Apple Pay. Other than that what a Convenient business.

I had 2 key fobs copied and at first I could not get one to work. I called customer service and was assisted by Portia who helped me to get a refund and also explained to me why I might have had the issue. I had the one redone and now it works fine. I also love the timely manner in which they were delivered. Excellent service. The one recommendation I have though is that there be options in the color of the fobs or in the style they are created, that you can differentiate them when copying multiple. Overall KeyMe is a lifesaver.

The worst place that exists I called because my car keys were left inside and they told me that in 25 minutes it would be. here and I waited for two and a half hours and they never came and they no longer responded. are the worst. a trash
