  TERRIBLE! I wish there was no stars or negative stars. They told me they could help me get my keys out of my car, charged me and then said a technician would be out in an hour. I then received a text about 10 mins later telling me that nobody was available and that I would have a refund in 3-5 days. When I called back I was put in touch with their special customer service department where some guy in a call center basically repeated that I would be refunded in 3-5 days and that they were waiving the cancellation fee, and then eventually hung up on me. Waving the cancellation fee. Thanks! How generous. Like I should be grateful of the special treatment. What a sham! If they couldn’t do the job, that’s fine. But charging me $144 and then telling me they can’t do the job is totally unacceptable. And now my keys are still locked in my car and I’m out $144 for 3-5 days. Do not use them. After this experience, I basically feel like I have been scammed and won’t be surprised if I start getting spam calls and emails because all they were interested in was selling my data.

  James , thanks for letting us know about this issue. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide locksmith services in your area. While we usually are able to cover a large area it seems that we did not have any technicians in the area as we usually do so we had to cancel the service. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

  They work ok, the keys are pretty hard to turn but they do work
