Called for a replacement key as I lost mine gave them the year make and model, specifically asked me if I had a key with a fob on it or was it a push start I told them that I had a key at the bottom and there was a fob thing at the top great no problem we have that in stock and can make a new one. They advised that one of their technicians would give me a call I waited received a phone call and discuss the exact same thing with the Technician I asked him how much it was going to be he said he had to come out and take a look. After the key with me I was hit with a bill for $200 for a door key I did not have a fob on it a simple door key. I made a secondary car to another location besides the actual dealership and they were both cheaper than what I was charged for the item I needed. Save your money don’t use this service especially when you repeatedly ask for a price and you are not given one until they come out and make up a price off a whim. stay away.

Insanely over priced. Quoted me 140 to get into our locked car, the next place we called quoted us 75 and said that it was on the higher end of prices because of the safety features the car has. Our sales person also was very pushy and rail roaded me into going ahead with the service even though I was trying to tell him I needed to wait. They offered to let us cancel the service without any fee if our other locksmith got there first but still charged us a $25 fee after the explicitly stated they would not charge us. Will never use this company ever again. Edit: we called to dispute the charge and the lady who answered this time was very kind and helpful, had the charge removed for us. So thank you kind lady.
