  First off the tech wasn’t on time at all. Calls me at time of appointment to ask about location which was already provided. Appointment was at 10 and the tech didn’t show until 10:30. I was quoted $60-80 total to remove a storage room lock. I was charged $127 for 5 mins worth of work and feel completely cheated. I was quoted $60-80 over the phone for the service. When I spoke with the office they were extremely rude, not understanding or willing to help out just saying they will put my complaint on file. Basically saying they aren’t going todo anything. The biggest thing is they say service can range from $20-$200 but don’t have a price break down of general services and don’t stand by there quote or customers. I would never recommend and would avoid at all cost if you don’t like being blindsided

  My only issue was there wasn't a cost sheet available for me to know how much the end product would cost. Once engaged, the technology worked quite well, and sufficiently impressed an old school technologist like me. Having made copies of keys myself using the old devices, this is where I'll come to get all of my keys made in the future.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They quoted me 20 mins. The technician quoted me 30 mins. An hour later he showed up. He started to open it and I asked how much it would be because they said he would quote me the cost before opening it. He said 29.99 service fee and 89.99 to open. I asked even though he said 30 mins and it was an hour and I've had food in the car And he was rude and said he had other jobs before me (He told me he was finishing up one job before me when he quoted me 30 mins). And that I didn't have to have him open it... I could call someone else and have them come out. He looked super high as a random side note. Then I called back to try and get another technician and ended up getting disconnected and decided to go with a better company at that point.
