After the keys had been locked in the car and calling Key Me they told me they could have someone out for $150. Within 10 minutes they texted me and told me they were busy and I would be refunded but didnt say if they could schedule later or not. I called them again to figure out the situation and they said they may just need to resubmit the request. I said that was fine so they resubmitted the request. Same thing happened again. I called them again and talked to someone about the cancellation and they said I would be refunded the entire amount not problem… but why do their calling people not know they don’t have anyone available? If I called 3 times they should be telling me that they don’t have anyone available, they shouldn’t continue to schedule over and over again. The people on the phone however were very nice.

Quick, key worked well. It was a little pricey. So many designer style keys. I just wanted a plain old key. But camo key is cool.

I had a Schlage key that I went to 3 different hardware shops and had seven different replacement keys made of the original and none of them worked. I went to Menards, put the key in the kiosk and the machine did its thing and 4 days later I had three keys in my mailbox that worked.
