  I called to get let back into my apartment but found a spare and called to cancel within 10 minutes. After I cancelled I got another call saying I was still required to pay a fee and got hung up on. Then I called back and the man who answered for customer service sounded really distant and told me it was "all good" and hung up after I said I didn't think I should have to pay a fee for cancelling within 10 minutes. Not sure if I still owe money or what, the people answering the phone seem like they are not very into talking to people

  I was calling on behalf of my neighbor since she had just gotten home from the hospital and was not feeling well- but she was locked out. My neighbor was asking about pricing, and obviously the gentleman on the phone was not happy she had so many questions. He hung up the phone on her. He never called back even though he had her number on file.
