  I would give zero stars if I could. 😠They said the person would contact me to let me know how much longer after we have sat already over an hour and they never did. We waited 2 hrs and no response from them we had to call another locksmith. Very poor customer service

  The key would not work at first, but you have to insert it in the lock and twist it around several times. It'll work. It gets easier with time.
