It's been a while since I've had to have a key cut so I was surprised with the new system and not being able to have the keys right away. I wasn't in a great hurry so it didn't really matter. The quality is good and they worked. All in all a good experience.

This was my first time using the KeyMe kiosk and I was a little apprehensive using it with the only keys I had to my residence but once I started the process it was very simple to use. The keys turned out great, there were a lot of options for the keys, and it was painless to use. The price seemed comparable to getting it done at the hardware store as well. All is good.
