Cut my keys at a Kroger Kiosk. Sadly the keys didn't work on both my locks which are keyed for the same key. Only worked on the top lock. I contacted customer service and sent a pic of how the key was different and they immediately responded and processed the refund. Quick service, easy to work with! I'll do it again and just press my key in harder for the scan.

The work wonderful! I love the color options. My husband got the bottle opener/key. I got the blue with polka-dot and my brother got the green one. They're so cute and they work. 10/10! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
