  Worst ever, took five hours to get somebody to unlock my car. Then they charge you if you cancel no matter if they are taking long or not.

  Way overpriced. These people didn't give me an estimate before coming out to unlock my truck. When they arrived about 45 minutes later, they charged me $120. I've never heard of anyone charging that much. I called Pop-A-Lock immediately after they finished, and was quoted $55 for the same job at the same location. Lesson learned: always ask for an estimate beforehand.
