This is an extremely convenient service! Especially, in the midsts of a pandemic! This is also a thoughtful service for my company to offer within our stores. The keys I copied- WORKED the 1st time!! I appreciate and value that considering, the last 5 x’s I’ve attempted to copy keys at a big box home improvement store- the keys NEVER WORKED!! Leaving me 35 worthless, unusable keys sitting in my drawer. This is a great service! Thank you for providing the solution your kiosk offered. My only feedback is related to the payment process and while I was attempting to locate a kiosk near my home, there was no mention which retailer they were located inside. I only figured-it out by photos and being familiar w/the kiosks due to my job. It might increase your business if you stated these are kiosks located within another retail space. Fortunately, I was extremely patient while the kiosk repeatedly attempted to connect to process my payment. I would have aborted after 10 minutes but my key had already been scanned and there was no option to abort the transaction, making me unsure my transaction would be stopped & my keys cut and sitting there after I gave-up.

The kiosk expressed that the key would be accurate in the cut and model , regardless of any imperfections or appearance of slight difference. The key works perfectly , good job KeyMe .
