  We ordered four brand new keys for our new home. All of them arrived around 4 days later with no issue. They all work well in the lock and smoothly. I would order again. Would recommend a switch in designs occasionally if it doesn’t already happen!

  I had six keys made, and one did not open my lock. I emailed to ask if I could get a refund for that one key, and they responded immediately and refunded my entire bill! I will always look for a KeyMe anytime I need a key now. Great customer service, and product
