  My car decided to lock me out AFTER I had started it with the key. I was running late to work so I gave KeyMe a call in hopes that they could send somebody to help. The man on the phone was very helpful and assured me that the technician was already aware of the situation and was on his way to help. However, I then got a text saying that the technician wouldn't arrive for over an hour. That was frustrating in and of itself, but after an hour and a half the technician still hadn’t arrived! I called the provided number twice and the technician told me both times that I was “next in line”, whatever that was supposed to mean. When I expressed my frustrations at having had to wait so long to get my car unlocked, the technician got mad and told me that my problems were not his top priority because he had other people to help too. While I totally get that, it doesn’t justify the fact that it took him almost three hours to get to my house when I was initially informed that it would be one hour or less. Not to mention the fact that my car was idling throughout this whole thing. I ended up having to miss my morning shift for what had initially seemed like a quick, painless fix. Overall a very frustrating experience with this company.

  I needed to make a copy of my car key because I've only had one for over 3 years now and I keep worrying about losing my only key and then having to pay a bunch of money to get a new one from the car dealership where I purchased the car. (Nobody wants to deal with a car dealership if they don't have to, right!) Anyway, the kiosk wasn't able to cut my specialized key so I chose to have the key made in their shop and have it mailed to me. It was super easy, the cost of the key was than I excepted and I didn't have to pay to have it sent thru the mail. I had the key in my hand in less than a week and I was kept up to date throughout the process via email. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier. I will definitely be using the kiosk in the future and I've already recommend it to all of my family and friends. Oh, by the way, the key worked perfectly! Thanks, KeMe Locksmiths!

  Im normally very patient. But i needed this service done quickly as i needed to get to work and my vehicle was running. I am extremely frustrated. The lady over the phone on the initial call told me the service provider knew my vehicle was running. And they would call me in 5 mins. Then she messed up on my payment and charged my card wrong. We worked that out. No big deal. I never got a call from that provider. I got texts saying they would be there in an hour. About 15 mins later I get a text saying the provider changed. And they would be there in an hour. Also ridiculous. Then when the service provider is supposed to be there I get a call saying they'll be another 30 mins until they will be on their way. And they were NOT informed my vehicle was running. After spending $150 I shouldn't have to wait over 2 hours while my vehicle is running.
