Hi. I called earlier today asking to have my door opened for my Kia Soul. They asked my car model and year and I told them. When it came to a price they wanted to charge me 121 dollars! On top of that, they told me they don’t take cash because of "Covid". They did say they take debit/credit. I asked how and they said over the phone. No offense, but if you were told to pay money first, 121 dollars worth, having to wait 2 hours, and not being able to pay in cash it would be a little suspicious…not only that there was no way to set up a card payment online… I did not appreciate this service. I was also lied to. He told me if I called another company to open my door they would charge me 50-60 dollars to come LOOK at my car then add to that. This is a huge scam! I only paid the guy to open my door 68 and he was from a different company. If you are reading this do NOT take your chances with this company. They lie and cheat you out of your money. I’d give 0 stars if I could. But the truth had to be told here.

I had a difficult key to copy. I tried several locations and they weren’t able to help me. They could copy the key but when we tried it in the lock, it wouldn’t open. I was told that I would have to find a locksmith. I was skeptical about the KeyMe kiosk, but decided to try it. I’m glad I did. I received the keys I ordered in a timely manner and they all worked. The kiosk was easy to use.

Not an actual company in town and subcontract. Says they offer the lowest prices but are more than twice as much if you call someone else.
