It was novel. I'm glad I didn't have to deal with a nasty locksmith. However, the key was more expensive than my local locksmith or Home Depot but no lines. Key initially didn't work but after a spray of wd-40, we're good to go.

    Response from the owner

Hi, so glad you had a great experience! Thanks for the great review!

It was quick and painless and though I'm a social person there was no need to interact with anyone but the kiosk and sometimes that's enjoyable.

    Response from the owner

Hello Joe, thanks for sharing your review with us and the community. Our KeyMe staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote. Did you know we just started copying RFID keys to any style? Next time you visit our kiosk, you should try the RFID!. We hope you visit us again soon.
